You can select the desired product either by going through the available product categories or using the search option given. Then, after clicking on the “ Add to Cart” option, you view the items in the cart and click “ Checkout”. You provide the exact details for delivery and payment after which you will place the order.
After placing the order will I still be able to modify or cancel the order?
Yes, you can cancel an order before it has been shipped. Navigate to your profile, click on the Menu option on theHopper App, and select the order to cancel it, then follow the steps. For modifications, reach out to us, and we will help you out.
To what locations can I have my order shipped to ?
iKSEB ships all over Tunisia. When completing your order, please ensure to fill out your delivery address on the delivery box.
When will it be possible to get the order ?
The delivery period varies depending on the location of the seller and the buyer.
Is it possible to monitor the order status ?
Indeed! Tracking information will be accessible in the “Orders” section of your account once the order has been dispatched, allowing you to track the progress of your shipment.
Do you provide urgent delivery service ?
The seller determines if express delivery can be arranged. If you require speedier delivery, please check the product page or contact the seller directly for information.
Returns & Refunds
Policies for Returning Products and for Getting a Refund.
How can I send an item that I have bought back ?
You can do this by going to "Your Profile", then "Returns and Refunds" and "Select the Item Seng to be Returned”. Send it back to us as per the guidance provided and we will enable you get refunded within the shortest time after the individual seller obtains the item.
How do I deal with an order that comes with problems like being completely different from what I ordered ?
In the event of damage to your items, or in the case whereby the description does not match the actual item, please contact us right away. We will facilitate a return of the item, offer an alternative or a repayment of the amount spent.
How long will it take for me to get my refund back ?
Generally, the refunds take a few working days to be processed upon the receipt of the item being returned by the seller. Expect to see a refund on the payment method used for the transaction in a shortly after.
Is it possible some items may have a “no return” policy ?
It is possible some products will have no return policy as per the seller. Please refer to the product page or ask the seller about it before making an order.
I have a right to change my mind, do I get my money back ?
Returning an item, simply because you've changed your mind, and wanting a refund, is up to the individual seller. Please check the product page for the return information or contact the seller if you have any queries.

How can I change my contact details ?
In your account click “Profile” then click “Account Details” and then complete any information required such as phone number, email, address etc.
I can’t remember my password. What steps do I take to change it ?
When you get to the login area, select “Forgot Password”. An email will be sent for you to follow instructions and get back into the account.
Is it possible to remove my iKSEB profile completely ?
Of course, you have the option to go to the ‘Account Settings’, then click on ‘Delete Account’, in order to remove the account. Deletion is permanent and all your data and order history shall be deleted as well.
